pH level of your aquarium is as important as the amount of oxygen you breathe and get
Now my lovely discus and rams are much much more lively with a more neutral pH
Seriously, without doing a pH test and adjusting the waters, your normal aquarium is super alkalined
They said rearing discus is much much harder than rearing dogs
But if you know what you have to do and understand their feelings and needs,
It ain hard afterall ! :)
